As Director of MEMS Simulation and Software, you will lead a team of computational physicists, software engineers and designers to make software tools enabling world-class MEMS-based timing products. Challenges include:

Responsibilities:
· Lead a team of software developers and computational physicists to define and create tools for mechanical simulation, design automation and optimization, data management and analysis
· Serve as a coach to your team, manage your team’s advancement, and hire new employees

· Work in cross-functional engineering teams, including MEMS, circuits, systems, and packaging
Required Qualifications & Desired Attributes:
· PhD in Physics, Applied Math, Computer Science, ME, EE or equivalent

· Successful track record of guiding or implementing engineering software projects in MEMS, physics, sensors, or a related field
