Sr. MEMS Process Integration Engineer/Manager (Engineering)

Job Summary
As a Sr. MEMS Process Integration Engineer/Manager, you will use your creativity and technical expertise to develop and advance MEMS fabrication processes for SiTime’s next-generation timing products.
Responsibilities:
Manage foundries to develop robust and innovative MEMS fabrication processes
Design fabrication experiments and analyze results
Define process specifications to enable excellent performance and manufacturability
Specify and design structures for process characterization and control
Coordinate and perform failure analysis to characterize and debug processes
Create process technologies to enable the next generation of MEMS-based timing
Work in cross-functional teams, including Circuits, Systems, and Marketing
Qualifications & Requirements:
MS or PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics or equivalent and a minimum of 5 years industrial experience.
Experience bringing up and productizing MEMS fabrication processes, both hands-on and “fabless”
Skill with SPC, PCM structures, and yield analysis.
A solid foundation in MEMS development including MEMS design and interactions between design and fabrication
