Sr Test Engineer (Test Engineering)

Job Summary
The高级测试工程师is responsible for the hardware and software development of production test solutions, including algorithm development, board-level hardware design, and software implementation and validation on both custom and standard automated test equipment (ATE) platforms. The Senior Test Engineer will work closely with the Engineering and Operations groups to successfully develop and release production test solutions to both local and overseas facilities. Additionally, the Senior Test Engineer will be responsible for sustaining production activities, including capacity expansion, yield enhancement, and cost reduction activities.
Responsibilities:
- Perform board-level design of test boards and probe cards
- Manage vendors, debug and deploy hardware to support volume ramp
- Develop code and hardware for custom MEMS test solutions
- Develop and maintain test software on bench or ATE platforms (Eagle Test Systems)
- Work with overseas Operations personnel to release test solutions into production
- Lead yield enhancement and cost reduction projects
- Support other projects as needed by management or as business needs change
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum BS Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience, MS Degree preferred
- Minimum 8 years of related work experience
- Experience designing and deploying complex analog circuitry focused on resonator sustaining circuits
- Proficiency in C++
- Experience with automated test equipment. Eagle Test Systems experience is a plus
- Experience in precision Analog, High Speed board-level circuit design and Test methodologies
- Experience with instrument automation using GPIB is a plus
- Experience in yield analysis, yield enhancement, and cost reduction is a plus
- Experience with overseas production is a plus
