SIT5146是一个粗糙化的±0.5至±2.5ppm Endura™超级TCXO，加速灵敏度低至0.004 ppb /gand high temp operation up to 105°C. This device is engineered for harsh environments and is ideal for high-reliability aerospace and defense applications. By leveraging SiTime’s unique DualMEMS™ temperature sensing and TurboCompensation™ technology, the SiT5146 delivers stable timing in the presence of environmental stressors – airflow, temperature perturbation, vibration, shock, and electromagnetic interference (EMI).
This MEMS-based Endura Super-TCXO can be factory-programmed to any combination of frequency, stability, voltage, and pull range. This programmability enables designers to optimize the clock configuration while eliminating the long lead time and customization costs associated with quartz TCXOs where each frequency is custom built.
SIT5146符合MIL-PRF-55310和MIL-STD-883规格。
