Ultra-Small, Low-Power, Low-Jitter, ±5 ppm, 32.768 kHz TCXO
LoginSiTime's TempFlat MEMS™technology,coupled with our mixed-signal capability,使最小的32-kHz TCXO in a 1.2mm²chip-scale package.These devices use MEMS resonators that are manufactured using the latest generation of EpiSeal™ technology which hermetically seals the resonator, making itimpervious to all small-molecule gases. Additionally, the SiT1580 has a high shock and vibration survivability.These TCXOs are factory calibrated over multiple temperature points to guarantee extremely tight ±5 ppm all-inclusive frequency stability. Typical core supply current is only 4.5 μA.
